DT*: THE CONTACT STATED THE CRANK FOR THE ROOF ON THE POP-UP CAMPER WAS DIFFICULT TO USE. THE DEALERSHIP GREASED THE SUPPORT POLES FOR THE ROOF. LATER, WHILE THE CRANK WAS BEING USED THE ROOF COLLAPSED. UPON INSPECTION THE DEALER DETERMINED EITHER THE CRANK GEARS STRIPPED OR THE PRESENCE OF GREASE ON THE SUPPORT POLES CAUSED THE FAILURE. THE CRANK SYSTEM IS BEING REPLACED BY THE DEALER. THE VEHICLE IS A 2004 COLEMAN UTAH POP-UP CAMPER MANUFACTURED BY FLEETWOOD. *AK .......*AK
