HORN GOES OFF INTERMITTENTLY IN COLD WEATHER. THE FIRST TIME IT HAPPENED WAS AT APROX 3AM AND AGAIN AT 6AM. I'VE HAD TO START PULLING THE FUSE EVERY NIGHT. IT WILL ALSO RANDOMLY GO OFF WHILE DRIVING. NOT ONLY IS IT HUMILIATING BUT IT IS DANGEROUS. I WAS SHOCKED AND VERY DISAPPOINTED TO FIND ALL THE COMPLAINTS ON LINE BUT WHEN I CALLED CHRYSLER THEY HAD RECEIVED NONE. ON MY 2006 CHRYSLER SEBRING WITH THE 2.4 LITRE ENGINE. IT IS A SEDAN. THE STEERING WHEEL WAS SHAKING AND WHEN WE TOOK IN INTO A MECHANIC, HE FOUND THAT THE BRACKET BETWEEN THE FRONT MOTOR MOUNT TO THE ENGINE WAS BROKEN. I HAVE CONTACTED CHRYSLER AND THEY WILL NOT BE MANUFACTURING THE PART UNTIL THE END OF JUNE. *TR

I WAS DRIVING TO WORK AND THE HORN WENT OFF ALL BY ITSELF. I QUICKLY PRESSED THE HORN IN RESPONSE AND IT WENT OFF. IT HAS CONTINUED TO DO THIS AND CONSIDERABLY GOTTEN WORSE. IT GOES OFF EVEN WHEN THE CAR IS NOT STARTED. WHEN I REMOVE THE FUSE IT STOPS...HOWEVER I CANNOT GET IT INSPECTED FOR FEEL SAFE TO DRIVE WITH THE FUSE OUT. *TR

HORN STARTED GOING OFF WHEN THE CAR WAS PARKED IN DRIVE. THEN STARTED GOING OFF AS YOU DRIVE THE CAR. THE ONLY WAY TO STOP IT IS TO TAKE OUT THE FUSE, WHICH DISABLES THE AIRBAG IN THE STEERING WHEEL. BOTH OF THESE PROBLEMS ARE SAFETY ISSUES AND THERE NEEDS TO BE A RECALL AND CHRYSLER NEEDS TO BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE AS IT SEEMS TO BE A DESIGN FLAW. *TR

THE HORN GOES OFF BY ITSELF AND CONTINUED TO SOUND UNTIL THE FUSE WAS PULLED. THE FUSE IS CONNECTED TO THE AIR BAG AND THE AIR BAG WILL NOT DEPLOY NOW THAT THE FUSE IS OUT. THE COST OF REPAIR IS OVER $1000.00. A QUICK SEARCH ON THE INTERNET SHOWS MANY COMPLAINTS OF THE SAME ISSUE. THE HORN BEING CONNECTED TO THE AIR BAG IN WHICH THE HORN IS DEFECTIVE MAKING THE AIR BAG USELESS. THIS IS NOT A RESULT OF WEAR ON THE CAR AND IS A RESULT OF A DEFECTIVE SWITCH CONNECTED TO THE AIR BAG. CHRYSLER REFUSES TO RECOGNIZE THE ISSUE. *JS
