We were stopped for fuel. Prior to fueling we turned off the engine and opened the fuel door, inserting the gas nozzle and then began to pump fuel. While the nozzle was running, a passenger opened the sliding door by pressing the auto open button - and the door slid into the hand of the individual holding the fuel nozzle, crushing his hand between the door and the nozzle - causing the nozzle to dislodge from the filling neck , releasing gasoline all over the driver and j hiring his hand. Driving down a busy section of highway on I-25 in Colorado, without warning car lost all power and shutoff. Was able to veer off highway to shoulder without getting hit. Car will not restart. This was incredibly unsettling as my family and kids were all in the car on the way home and was a very dangerous situation. For a brand new vehicle to shut off on the highway without warning is unacceptable.

When driving, the rear passenger interior trim cup holder heats up to an unsafe temperature. The vehicle was in the shop for 4 weeks and I was told this is normal and it was because of radiant heat from the axel/wheel well. After driving approximately 100 miles, I used a temperature gun to screen the area. The hotspot was 126 degrees, with temperatures around in ranging from 77-85 degrees. The vehicle was taken to the dealer, and the contact was informed that the parts were ordered. The contact stated that parts were ordered two months ago, and the parts had not yet been delivered. The manufacturer was made aware of the issue, and a case was filed. The contact had not experienced a failure.

I was traveling on the DC beltway (interstate), it was raining and the temp was in the low 50s. The vehicle in front of me hit their brakes pretty hard. I started braking firmly myself. I heard an alarm sound and I believe the anti-lock braking activated, and the van began automatically braking itself. I was brought to a complete stop on the interstate by the van. Reported: 2026-03-26 (March 26, 2026)

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2022-2026 Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The right and left side curtain air bags may have insufficient pressure retention from improperly sealed seams. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 226, "Ejection Mitigation."

Consequence: Air bags with insufficient pressure retention increase the risk of ejection and injury during a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the side curtain air bags, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed May 14, 2026. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's numbers for this recall are 06D, 10D, and 11D. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov beginning April 2, 2026. This recall expands and replaces previous NHTSA recall numbers 25V302 and 25V573. Vehicles previously repaired under a prior recall will need to have the new remedy completed.

Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica vehicles. The retractors may not lock, preventing the wheelchair from being properly secured.

Consequence: An unsecured wheelchair can move during transit, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Braun will work with Q'Straint to inspect and replace the retractors as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 16, 2026. Owners may contact Braun's customer service at 1-800-488-0359 or Q'Straint's customer service at 1-800-987-9987.

Braun Corporation (Braun) is recalling certain 2023-2026 Chrysler Pacifica and Voyager vehicles. The spring inside the front seat harness connector may contact electrical terminals.

Consequence: The unintended connection may prevent the air bags from deploying, increasing the risk of injury during a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the spring, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed July 16, 2026. Owners may contact Braun's customer service at 1-800-488-0359.

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2026 Jeep Wrangler, Jeep Gladiator, Jeep Compass, Jeep Cherokee, Jeep Grand Cherokee, Jeep Grand Cherokee L, Jeep Grand Wagoneer, Jeep Grand Wagoneer L, Ram Promaster, Ram Promaster EV, Ram 1500, Ram 2500, Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In Hybrid, Chrysler Voyager, and 2026-2027 Chrysler Pacifica and Dodge Charger vehicles. The rearview camera image may fail to display when the vehicle is placed in reverse. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard (FMVSS) number 111, "Rear Visibility."

Consequence: A rearview camera image that fails to display reduces the driver's view behind the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Radio software will be updated by a dealer or through an over-the-air (OTA) update, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed beginning September 2, 2026. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 78D. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall will be searchable on NHTSA.gov on August 20, 2026.

Reported: 2026-09-01 (September 1, 2026)

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2025-2026 Chrysler Voyager, Chrysler Pacifica, and 2026 Chrysler Voyager Plug-In Hybrid Electric (PHEV) vehicles. The brake pedal position sensor capacitor may be cracked, which can cause a loss of electronic stability control. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 126, "Electronic Stability Control Systems."

Consequence: A loss of electronic stability control increases the risk of a crash.

Remedy: Dealers will inspect and replace brake pedal position sensor, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to mailed September 29, 2026. Owners may contact FCA customer service at 1-800-853-1403. FCA's number for this recall is 69D.
