WINDSHIELD WIPERS WILL WORK INTERMITTENTLY AND SOMETIMES, NOT AT ALL. I SAW THE NHTSA CAMPAIGN ID NUMBER 98V150001 AND IT DESCRIBES THE PROBLEM EXACTLY. TOOK THE TRUCK TO MARK CHRISTOPHER AND THEY SAY THAT MY VIN IS NOT ON THE LIST. THEY DID POINT OUT THAT THE DEFECTIVE PART IS A 12463017 PULSE BOARD WHICH IS EXACTLY WHAT IS BEING REPLACED UNDER THE RECALL. THEY SAY THAT THEY CANNOT REPLACE MINE SINCE MY VIN IS NOT ON THE LIST AND IT WILL COST ABOUT $140.00 TO FIX. I SUSPECT THAT GM HAS SELECTED TOO SMALL OF A VIN LISTING AND THAT THERE AR…
