MY HUSBAND TRAVELS BUILDING MCDONALD'S ALL OVER THE U.S. AND WHILE HE WAS IN LOUISIANA ON AUGUST 21ST THE FRONT PASSENGER TIRE BLEW CAUSING SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE TRUCK. HE HAD JUST HAD THE KUMHO TIRES PUT ON THE PREVIOUS WEEK. THEN THE FOLLOWING WEEK ON AUGUST 28TH THE BACK PASSENGER TIRE BLEW AND DID MORE SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE TRUCK. WE HAD TO PAY FOR ALL DAMAGE TO THE TRUCK WITH THE PROMISE FROM KUMHO TO RECEIVE A CHECK REIMBURSING US FOR THE DAMAGE. WE FOLLOWED ALL OF THEIR INSTRUCTIONS AND FILLED OUT ALL PAPERWORK WITH THE PROMISE OF A CHECK …
