INSTALLED A HYDROLIC ACTUATED LINE SHAFT PARKING BRAKE (BUILD BY VICKERS HYDROTICE), HYDROLIC SWITCH FAILED WHILE DRIVING AND LOSE HYDROLIC FLUID CAUSING BRAKE TO FAIL.
