WHILE DRIVING MY 2014 SILVERADO ON JULY 30 2020 I WAS TURNING ON A STREET UNDER 10 MILES A HOUR AND LOST TOTAL CONTROL OF MY TRUCK THE STEERING WHEEL LOCKED UP AND THE TRUCK LOST ALL POWER AND CUT COMPLETELY OFF I BARELY MISSED A LITTLE GIRL STANDING ON THE CORNER OF THE STREET. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAPPENED. I BROUGHT IT TO THE DEALERSHIP AND SHOWED THEM THE RECALL THEY HAD ON THESE TRUCKS IN 2017 AND THEY KEPT MY TRUCK FOR A HOUR THEN CALLED ME AND SAID THEY COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING WRONG AND THAT THEY COULDN'T HONOR THE …

TRANSMISSION SHIFTED INTO 4 WHEEL DRIVE ON IT'S OWN AS I WAS PARKED AND WOULDN'T SHIFT BACK TO 2 WHEEL DRIVE. I CALLED THE DEALERSHIP AND THEY SAID IT COULD BE THE ACTUATOR OR THE CONTROL MODULE OR BOTH AND THEY ARE A WELL KNOWN PROBLEM AND HAVE FIXED MORE THAN HE CAN COUNT. THIS IS A WELL KNOWN ISSUE TO THE POINT HE KNEW EXACTLY WHAT THE ISSUE WAS JUST BY ME TELLING HIM IT SHIFTED ON ITS ON.
