The contact owns a 2024 Chevrolet Low Cab Forward 4500. The contact stated while the driver was driving approximately 60-65 MPH, the driver heard an abnormally loud sound coming from the mid-section of the vehicle. The driver pulled over to the side of the road and inspected the vehicle. The driver noticed that the bracket holding sliding ramp had detached and was resting on the driveshaft.
