TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 1999 CHEVROLET K10. WHILE APPROACHING A STOP SIGN, THE CONTACT APPLIED THE BRAKES, BUT THE VEHICLE FAILED TO STOP. THE CONTACT STATED THAT THE BRAKES FELT AS IF THEY WERE PUSHING BACK AT HIM. THE FAILURE CAUSED A CRASH WITH ANOTHER VEHICLE. THE BRAKES WERE PREVIOUSLY REPAIRED UNDER A RECALL. THE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 35,000 AND CURRENT MILEAGE IS 38,000. UPDATED 04/22/08. *LJ
