EXHAUST MANIFOLD BOLTS BROKE. 2 ON LEFT BANK, 1 ON RIGHT, DUE TO EXTREME HEAT IN ENGINE COMPARTMENT. MY MECHANIC SAYS THERE IS SO LITTLE ROOM FOR AIR TO CIRCULATE, AROUND THESE EXHAUST MANIFOLDS, THAT THEY GET RED HOT. WHEN THERE ARE WET ROADS, WATER MAY SPLASH UP IN THIS AREA AND CAUSE A FRACTURE ON THESE BOLTS AND MANIFOLDS. MY CONCERN IS THE SAFETY OF ALL THIS HEAT BUILD-UP IN THIS CONFINED AREA.
