MY SIDE CARGO DOOR HINGES SIZED UP BECAUSE WHEN THEY MANUFACTURED THE 2000 CHEVY EXPRESS 3500 THEY DIDN'T MAKE THEM WITH GREASE FITTINGS. SO THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO TO GREASE THEM NOW I AM STUCK PAYING ANYWHERE FROM 1500 TO 2000 USD. THE BLUE BOOK ON MY VAN ISN'T WORTH THAT MUCH,I AM STUCK WITH A VAN THAT SIDE DOOR WON'T OPEN & NO ONE WILL BUY. I FEEL THAT THIS IS A MANUFACTURE DEFECT BECAUSE THERE IS NO GREASE FITTINGS TO OIL.I HAVE SPOKE WITH DEALERS & THEY HAVE SEEN MORE THAN THEIR FAIR SHARE OF THIS PROBLEM. ONE REASON IS THAT IT TAKES…
