BOTH FRONT DOORS HAVE BROKEN LOCK SPRINGS, THE DOORS WILL OPEN BUT THE SAFETY LATCH FALLS DOWN AND YOU CANNOT CLOSE THE DOORS, THE DOOR MUST BE MANUALY LIFT UP ON THE LATCH SO IT LOCKS IN PLACE TO CLOSE DOOR, REPLACE WHOLE LOCK/LATCH MECHANISM.

Reported: 1988-02-09 (February 9, 1988)
FUEL TANK LOWER FILLER PIPE MAY CONTAIN SMALL HOLES AT SOME SPOT WELDS USED TO ATTACH A MOUNTING BRACKET.
Consequence: FUEL COULD LEAK FROM THE PIPE DURING REFUELING ORTURNING AND SPILL FUEL IN EXCESS OF AMOUNT PRESCRIBED BY FMVSS 301.
Remedy: REPLACE FUEL TANK LOWER FILLER PIPE.
