THE CONSUMER'S HUSBAND'S VEHICLE EXPERIENCED THE SAME PROBLEM WITH THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS INTERMITTENTLY WORKING OR NOT WORKING DURING OPERATION AS STATED IN THE RECALL. HOWEVER, THE DEALER INFORMED THE CONSUMER THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT COVERED UNDER THE RECALL DUE TO VIN. *AK THE SPEED WOULD ALSO CHANGE WITHOUT THE CONTROLS BEING TOUCHED OR THE WIPERS WOULD STOP ALTOGETHER. *SC
