TL*- THE CONTACT STATED THAT HE OWNS A 1992 CHEVROLET ASTRO VAN. HE PURCHASED NEW TIRES FOR HIS VEHICLE 11/24/06. ON 04/15/07, WHILE DRIVING THE VEHICLE HE HEARD NOISE COMING FROM UNDER THE HOOD OF THE VEHICLE, AND THE VEHICLE BEGAN SHAKING. HE LATER LEARNED THAT THE NOISE WAS COMING FROM THE TIRES. ALL FOUR TIRES HAD AN INDENTION ON THE OUTER SECTION OF THE THREAD LINING ABOVE THE RIM. THE TIRES WERE GOODYEAR EAGLE TIRES SIZE 225 70/S15. HE TOOK THE VEHICLE BACK TO SEARS WHERE HE PURCHASED THE TIRES AND THEY INFORMED HIM THAT THERE WAS N…
