I HAVE A 1995 CHEVROLET LUMINA APV. I HAVE HAD WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR PROBLEMS SINCE JUST AFTER IT BECAME OUT OF WARRANTY. I TOOK IT TO MY DEALER THE FIRST TIME IT STARTED FAILING. THE SERVICE ADVISOR TOLD ME THAT THERE WERE MANY PROBLEMS WITH THE GM VANS WIPERS. I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT MY PARTICULAR VEHICLE IS NOT PART OF THE 1.7 MILLION RECALL EVEN THOUGH THE PARTS DEPARTMENT TOLD ME THAT IT IS THE SAME PARTS THAT SHOULD BE REPLACED. THE MODULE WSW PULSE CONT. IS #12463090 AND THERE IS A SILICONE SEALANT THAT IS ALSO USED, # 12345739. …
