THE WINDSHIELD WIPERS WORKED INTERMITTENTLY. A DEALER RECALL WAS ISSUED, BUT THE CONSUMER'S VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED DUE TO THE VEHICLE IDENTIFICATION NUMBER. *AK THE CONSUMER HAD TO STOP MANY TIMES DUE TO THIS PROBLEM. THE CONSUMER WAS UNABLE TO SEE. ON OCCASIONS THE WIPERS WORKED FINE ON FAST SPEEDS, BUT THEN STOPPED ON SLOW SPEEDS. SEVERAL TIMES THE CONSUMER HAD GONE OFF THE ROAD DUE TO POOR VISIBILITY. THE WIPERS HAVE BEEN REPLACED BUT THE PROBLEM HASN'T BEEN SOLVED. *SCC *JB
