UNDER FREEZING WEATHER,I LOST CONTROL OF MY VEHICLE,GOING ON A SERVICE ROAD, I ENTERED A GRASSY AREA, LOST CONTROL AND HIT A LIGHT POLE,CAUSING SEVERE DAMAGE TO THE RIGHT BACK SIDE OF THE VEHICLE. MAIN ISSUE HER EIS THE NON-DEPLOYMENT OF AIR BAGS. *TR

AS I WAS TURNING INTO MY DRIVEWAY AT A VERY LOW SPEED, I APPLIED THE BRAKES AND IMMEDIATELY THERE WAS A RUBBING, CRUNCHING SOUND AND MY BRAKE PEDAL, INSIDE THE CAR, BEGAN TO GIVE ME FEEDBACK OR PUSH BACK UNDER MY FOOT. THE CAR KEPT ROLLING UNTIL I LET UP OFF THE PEDAL AND APPLIED THE BRAKE AGAIN. THIS HAS HAPPEND WHEN APPROACHING A STOP SIGN OR RED LIGHT AT VERY SLOW SPEEDS. I'M AFRAID THIS WILL HAPPEN WHEN BRAKING AT A MUCH HIGHER RATE OF SPEED. WITH ALL THE COMPLAINTS OF VARIOUS CADILLAC OWNERS ON THE INTERNET, ABOUT THIS SAME SITUATION…
