Owner report 10852193 · 2016-03-29 (March 29, 2016)

STEERING FEELS LIKE IT WANTS TO LOCK UP ON LONG TRIPS. I TRADED IN A 2012 VERANO FOR THE SAME PROBLEM. DEALERSHIP TOOK OVER A MONTH TO GET PARTS, SO I TRADED IT IN. WHILE DRIVING ON THE FREEWAY, IT FEELS LIKE WHEN YOU TRY TO STAY IN YOUR LANE, YOU BARELY MOVE THE STEERING WHEEL, AND IT FEELS AS THOUGH IT WANTS TO LOCK UP. NOT A COMFORTABLE FEELING, CAUSE IT CAN TURN TOO MUCH AND CAUSE AN ACCIDENT, DEATH.

Owner report 10919195 · 2016-10-26 (October 26, 2016)

(PLEASE SEE INCLUDED PICTURE) BOTH HEADLIGHTS SHOW WHAT APPEAR TO BE FINE CRACKS ON THE INSIDE OF THE LENSES KIND OF LIKE A STARBURST APPEARANCE. THIS STARBURST IS AFFECTING THE HEADLIGHT BEAM AND MAKING IT HARDER TO SEE WHILE DISTRACTING ONCOMING TRAFFIC. GENERAL MOTORS HAS A TSB#02-08-42-001I THAT IDENTIFIES THE KNOWN MANUFACTURER INCONSISTENCY. IT IS OBVIOUSLY A KNOWN FAULT. EVEN GOING AS FAR AS STATING GOING THROUGH AN AUTOMATIC CAR WASH CAN CAUSE THE LENSES TO CREATE THE STARBURST APPEARANCE. THIS SHOULD BE A RECALL BY GENERAL MOTORS. THEY…
