The contact owns a 2025 BMW M240i. The contact stated that the vehicle was parked and unattended in an underground garage and covered for an unknown reason. Upon returning to the vehicle the following day and attempting to open the doors with the key Fob, the doors failed to open, requiring the contact's husband to use the BMW mobile app to open the doors. Upon entering the vehicle, it was discovered that the interior of the vehicle was burnt. The vehicle was towed to the local dealer but was not diagnosed or repaired. The dealer referred the c…
