BMW G650GS 2009 MOTORCYCLE INTERMITTENTLY STALLS WHEN DECELERATING. HAPPENS WHEN VEHICLE IS IN MOTION ON CITY STREETS. WILL START RIGHT UP AGAIN, BUT STALL AS SOON AS I RELEASE THE THROTTLE.
