SIR / MADAM, THIS IS MY THIRD REQUEST FOR INFORMATION OF WHERE AND WHEN THE REPAIR OF THE EHC RECALL WAS PERFORMED ON MY BIKE. NO ONE HAS ANSWERED MY REQUEST. I HAVE TALKED TO THE PREVIOUS OWNER AND WAS INFORMED THIS RECALL WAS NOT TAKEN CARE OF. I HAVE ALL SERVICE RECORDS AND SHOW NO SERVICE BEING DONE TOWARD MY BIGDOG MOTORCYCLE EHC MODULE.
