TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2006 APRILA CAPONORD MOTORCYCLE. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS STARTED, THE SEAT FELT WARM. THE CONTACT OPENED THE SEAT AND SAW FLAMES UNDER THE MAIN HARNESS CABLE BY THE COIL. THE FUSES WERE PULLED OUT AND THE FLAMES WERE EXTINGUISHED. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT WAS NOT CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE CONTACT'S RESIDENCE. THE VEHICLE HAS NOT BEEN INSPECTED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS MADE AWARE OF THE INCIDENT AND INFORMED THE CONTACT THAT THE VEHICLE WAS NOT INCLUDED IN NHTSA CAMPAIGN NUMBER: 05V50…
