ON MULTIPLE OCCASIONS THE CAR BATTERY HAS FAILED TO START VEHICLE. AT SPORADIC AND UNPREDICTABLE INTERVALS DOES THIS OCCUR. THIS IS THE ORIGINAL TOYOTA BATTERY SOLD WITH THE VEHICLE. THE BATTERY SEEMS TO BE DRAINED RAPIDLY BY THE VEHICLE'S ELECTRICAL SYSTEM WHEN THE VEHICLE IS NOT RUNNING OR THE BATTERY IS NOT BEING ADEQUATELY RECHARGED BY THE ALTERNATOR. THE ORIGINAL TIRES SOLD WITH THE TOYOTA SIENNA WERE GOODYEAR EAGLE RSA. CURRENTLY ON SECOND SET AND THEY SEEM TO WEAR OUT QUICKLY. BOTH SIDE POWER DOORS SOMETIMES MAKES A POP SOUND …

I WAS CHANGING THE FILTER AND FORGOT TO REMOVE THE ROD SUPPORTING THE HOOD. WHEN I CLOSED THE HOOD, THE HOOD WAS BENT LIKE AN ALUMINUM FOIL. IS SUPPOSED TO BE THAT WEAK? VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE QUALITY OF THE PART (WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO BE METAL). IF IT IS THAT EASY TO BEND THE HOOD, I CAN'T IMAGINE WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO ME IF I GET INTO AN ACCIDENT. I WAS SENT A NOTICE OF A RECALL FOR FAULTY SPARE TIRE CARRIERS ON MY 2011 TOYOTA SIENNA MONTHS AGO. THEIR TEMPORARY REMEDY TO THE PROBLEM IS TO PUT THE SPARE TIRE IN THE CAR. I DON'T HAVE ROOM FOR THE SPARE TIRE INSIDE THE CAR AS I USE THE ENTIRE BACK AREA FOR WORK THAT I DO. I HAVE NOT HEARD OF ANY LONG TERM SOLUTIONS TO THIS PROBLEM. I WAS DRIVING AT SPEED APPROXIMATELY 58 MPH ON THE HIGHWAY WHEN THE VEHICLE BEGIN TO SWERVE TO THE LEFT AND TO THE RIGHT ON ITS OWN WITHOUT INPUT FROM ME. DRIVING ON INTERSTATE AT ABOUT 70 MPH WITH CRUISE CONTROL ON. VEHICLE SUDDENLY BEGAN TO DECELERATE DOWN TO 20MPH. COULD NOT GET VEHICLE TO ACCELERATE USING THE GAS PEDAL. FINALLY CAME TO A COMPLETE STOP. AFTER SEVERAL MINUTES OF THE SLOW SPEED (3 TO 5 MINUTES) THEN THE COMPLETE STOP SWITCHED THE CRUISE CONTROL OFF AND WAS ABLE TO SLOWLY ACCELERATE AGAIN. VEHICLE MAINTAINED 1500 TO 2000 RPMS THE ENTIRE TIME OF THE INCIDENT. THE ENGINE DID NOT RACE NOR DID IT STALL. NO WARNING LIGHTS CAME ON. TWO DIFFERENT SERVICE TECHNICIANS AT TWO DIFF…

13V274000 · Fuel System, Gasoline | Suspension:Rear:Shock Absorber
Reported: 2013-06-27 (June 27, 2013)
Eldorado National-Kansas (ENK) is recalling certain model year 2011-2013 Amerivan Toyota Sienna vans manufactured February 17, 2011, through June 25, 2013. The fuel filler neck may contact the left rear shock absorber. This could damage the fuel filler neck.
Consequence: If the shock makes contact with the fuel filler neck, it could damage the neck allowing it to leak gasoline vapors and result in a fire or explosion causing personal injury.
Remedy: ENK will notify owners, and dealers will relocate the shock absorbers and add a spacer, free of charge. The recall began on July 12, 2013. Owners may contact Eldorado National-Kansas at 1-800-955-9086.
