I have not even 1000 miles on my new Tonale and my infotainment shuts down due to excessive heat. Service was authorized to install a new one and the same thing is happening. No back up camera, navigation or infotainment screen . It says too hot and shuts down. I am in Miami and I have virtually no system as it is not functioning. It's burning to the touch. I am offered no assistance and am told it is functioning as described . There is no cameras no navigation. I am In a rental car.

26V510000 · Seat Belts:Front:Retractor

Reported: 2026-08-06 (August 6, 2026)

Chrysler (FCA US, LLC) is recalling certain 2023-2025 Dodge Hornet and 2023-2026 Alfa Romeo Tonale vehicles. The rear outboard seat belts may become twisted and fail to retract properly.

Consequence: A seat belt that does not retract may fail to restrain properly an occupant as intended, increasing the risk of injury.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the retractors, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed beginning September 24, 2026. Owners may contact Chrysler customer service at 800-853-1403. Chrysler's number for this recall is 84D. Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) involved in this recall became searchable on NHTSA.gov on August 15, 2026.
