I am submitting this complaint to bring to your attention serious unresolved safety issues with my vehicle, which is currently at the dealership. Since October 2023, my vehicle has been plagued by critical mechanical problems including a non-functional Anti-lock Braking System (ABS) and issues with the Radius Rods, without any resolution in sight despite ongoing communication between Vanderhall and the dealership. On cold starts there is a loss of power steering. When driving the vehicle, as you slow down to turn left or right the steering wheel is very difficult to turn requiring the driver to use both hands, as if there is a loss of power steering.

THE VANDERHALL CARMEL IS A FRONT WHEEL DRIVE, 3-WHEELED AUTOCYCLE WITH AN ALL ALUMINUM BOX FRAME; IT IS POWERED BY A GM 1.5T ENGINE COUPLED TO A 6-SPEED AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION, TRANSVERSE MOUNTED IN A FWD CONFIGURATION. [XXX] the motorcycle accelerated on its own and then stalled out in the middle of the street. [XXX] the next time the dealership was open was May 14, 2024 the vehicle was returned to House of Kawasaki (HOK)_May 15, 2024 HOK told me to pick up my bike that they could not find any issues.
