TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 VAN HOOL T2140 CHARTER BUS. WHILE DRIVING AT SPEEDS OF 35 MPH THE VEHICLE STALLED AND THE DRIVER NOTICED THAT THERE WAS SMOKE COMING FROM THE EXHAUST. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED WITH FAILURES TO THE ENGINE TURBO SYSTEM. THE VEHICLE WAS ALSO LEAKING OIL. THE DEALER REPLACED THE TURBO MECHANISM; HOWEVER, THE CONTACT WAS CONCERNED WITH THE POSSIBILITY OF AN ENGINE FIRE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE 120,000. UPDATED 10/27/10 *BF THE CONSUMER STATED THE TURBO FAILED …
