A SECONDARY HEAT SHIELD COLLAR MAY HAVE BEEN OMITTED FROM THE FURNACE EXHAUST TUBE.

Consequence: SURROUNDING MATERIALS MAY BECOME OVERHEATED AND COULDRESULT IN A VEHICLE FIRE.

Remedy: INSTALL A HEAT SHIELD.

Reported: 1990-09-26 (September 26, 1990) · Model years: 1987, 1988

EXTERNAL MOUNTS, ON WHICH LIQUID PROPANE GAS TANKS ARE FASTENED, COULD FAIL.

Consequence: TANK MAY FALL CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE TANK AND POSSIBLELEAKAGE OF PROPANE GAS, WHICH COULD CAUSE A FIRE OR EXPLOSION.

Remedy: REPAIR TANK MOUNTING TO PREVENT FAILURE AND INSTALL HEAT SHIELD, AS NECESSARY.
