Remedy: ROTATE ELBOW FITTING TO PREVENT INTERFERENCE.

Consequence: DRIVER VISIBILTY WOULD BE ADVERSELY AFFECTED, WHICHCOULD RESULT IN AN ACCIDENT.
Remedy: INSTALL NEW WINDSHIELD WIPER ARM ASSEMBLY.
