I WAS RIDING MY MOTORCYCLE WHEN IT SUDDENLY DIED. I COULDN'T RESTART IT. MY BUDDY BROUGHT AN OHMS TESTER AND SAID THE BATTERY WASN'T BEING CHARGED. WE HAD THE VEHICLE DROPPED OFF AT A DEALERSHIP FOR MAINTENANCE. WHEN I GOT HOME I DID SOME RESEARCH ON THE INTERNET AND A SAFETY RECALL CAME UP, RM2012/019, FOR THE EXACT PROBLEM THAT HAPPENED TO MY BIKE. ITS A FAULTY REGULATOR RECTIFIER. I CONTACTED TRIUMPH USA AND THEY SAID BECAUSE I BROUGHT MY BIKE FROM OVERSEAS (IM RETIRED USAF), THAT THE SAFETY RECALL DIDN'T APPLY TO ME, AND THAT ANY REPA…
