The contact owns a 2022 Triumph Speed RS 1200. The contact stated while driving at 35-40 MPH and approaching a curve, the brake pedal was depressed and both the front and rear wheel inadvertently locked. The motorcycle rolled over and crashed into the pavement and the contact was knocked unconscious. There were no warning lights illuminated. A police report was not filed. The contact did not immediately seek medical assistance, however, when he went to the hospital, he was informed he had sustained fractured ribs, a fractured sternum, puncture…

The contact owned a 2022 Triumph Speed Triple motorcycle. The contact stated that while driving at approximately 30 MPH, the motorcycle did not stop immediately while the brake pedal was depressed, causing the motorcycle to crash into another vehicle. The contact suffered two fractured ankles and received medical attention. No police report was filed. The motorcycle was towed to a tow yard and deemed totaled by the insurance company.
