Owner report 11425354 · 2021-07-18 (July 18, 2021)

The rear brake failed completely. No pressure from the ABS system. There is a recall for this issue and it was already completed. The dealer confirmed the problem happened a second time and performed the recall procedure a second time. Many people have had repeat failures of their rear brake, including myself.

The turn indicators on my motorcycle will randomly fail and the display will read “ left front indicator failure” etc. This has happened on all four indicators and the fault will continue until the motorcycle is shut off. This happens almost daily on one of the four indicators. There is a very real danger of other drivers not knowing of your turning because of an indicator malfunction. Through social media I have learned that this is a problem numerous Rocket 3 owners are having and Triumph has been aware of the problem for months now and has n…

Owner report 11460869 · 2022-04-15 (April 15, 2022)

Triumph issued a recall (SRAN 587) regarding the rear braking system. I have had the bike to the dealer twice in which they replaced the rear ABS module and bled the brakes and the problem continues. I have scheduled to take it in for servicing again on 4/28/2022. They have no remedy besides frequent bleeding of the brakes at their expense. I told them I was wanting to sell the bike due to the issue but didn't want to just pass this dangerous issue along to another rider. They said they could at least have them fixed temporarily so I could get …

Owner report 11486994 · 2022-09-28 (September 28, 2022)

The rear brake pedal when pushed goes all the way down and does not actuate the rear brake at all. This failure affects the breaking safety of the motorcycle substantially.

Owner report 11498741 · 2022-12-24 (December 24, 2022)

Triumph has issued a recall for rear brakes failing that does NOT fix the issue. Myself and many other owners are experiencing multiple rear brake failures after several recall attempts. I have had my rear brakes fixed by recall 3 times, including an ABS modulator replacement and my brakes are going bad again. This is an extreme safety issue and someone is going to get seriously injured.
