IMPROPERLY ASSEMBLED AXLE SUSPENSION BRACKETS COULD CAUSE BRACKET SEPARATION FROM THE AXLE HOUSING.
Consequence: THIS COULD RESULT IN PARTIAL LOSS OF BUS CONTROL AND ACRASH WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING.
Remedy: INSTALL AN AXLE STRAP OR REPLACE AXLE.
