A BOAT CAN BE LOADED IN SUCH A MANNER THAT THE WEIGHT OF THE BOAT, GAS, AND OTHER EQUIPMENT MAY NOT BE PROPERLY DISTRIBUTED ON THE TRAILER, CAUSING THE TRAILER TO HAVE INSUFFICIENT TONGUE WEIGHT.
Consequence: THE LACK OF TONGUE WEIGHT CREATES UNSAFE TOWINGCONDITIONS (SWAYING), AND CAN RESULT IN LOSS OF VEHICLE CONTROL AND AN
Remedy: REPLACE THE DEFECTIVE TRAILERS WITH AN IMPROVED VERSION.
