The car malfunction issue that is being reported is for the 2011 Toyota Yaris Gearshift and yes it is available upon request. The safety of small children were at risk when the vehicle was turned off no key in the ignition and no pressure on the break but the gear was pulled it shifted into neutral and completed an accelerated roll away with a small child inside. Not as of yet, has this vehicle been inspected by an independent service center. Vehicle has been inspected by other individuals and insurance reps. NO WARNING LIGHTS VISIBLE because …
