I TURNED FROM A STOP ON A CITY STREET INTO A SMALL PARKING LOT. WHILE BRAKING IN THE PARKING LOT, THE VEHICLE ACCELARATED. I HIT THE BRAKES HARDER AND THE VEHICLE WENT FASTER, JUMPING THE CONCRETE BUMPER, ONLY STOPPING WHEN I HIT A PARKED CAR.
