The contact owns a 2022 Toyota Tundra Hybrid. The contact stated while driving at an undisclosed speed, the driver's side front brake was making an abnormally loud squeaking sound. There were no warning lights illuminated. The vehicle was taken to the local dealer, who informed the contact that it was a manufacturing issue, but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was contacted and opened a case, but no assistance was provided. The approximate failure mileage was 99.

The contact owns a 2024 Toyota Tundra Hybrid. The contact stated that upon starting the vehicle and attempting to depress the brake pedal, the brake pedal went to the floorboard with no resistance. The contact depressed the brake pedal again and on the third attempt, the brake pedal functioned as intended. There was no warning light illuminated. The contact owns a 2024 Toyota Tundra Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving 3-20 MPH, the instrument cluster multi-information display (MID) located near the left side of the steering wheel was scrolling independently, causing the gauge information to be replaced independently on the instrument cluster.
