The contact owns a 2022 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid. The contact stated that while driving approximately 70 MPH, the steering wheel suddenly began to turn to the left and the right causing the vehicle to move from lane to lane. Additionally, depressing the brake pedal did not immediately slow or stop the vehicle. The driver was eventually able to regain control of the steering wheel and stopped the vehicle. The contact owns a 2022 Toyota Rav4 Hybrid. The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at various speeds, the Pre-Collision braking system activated when there was no vehicle or object nearby, and the vehicle slowed down unintendedly. The vehicle was taken to a dealer however, failure was not able to be replicated. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was 30,511.
