The Pre-Collision Braking system is the function that failed. It is turned in a new vehicle by the Manufacture. On March 24, 2026 the Toyota dealer did a safety recall on the vehicle The accident occurred on [XXX] In a Parking Garage. I was pulling into an empty parking spot. I turned the steering wheel to align the car to the lines on the floor. My foot was lightly on the brake when the car accelerated forward to hit the garage wall.
