THREE OF THE FOUR DOOR LOCK ACTUATORS HAVE FAILED. THE FAILURES BEGIN INTERMITTENTLY AND THEN RESULT IN TOTAL FAILURE. THE FRONT DRIVER SIDE DOOR AND REAR DRIVER SIDE DOOR HAVE TOTALLY FAILED. THE REAR PASSENGER DOOR NOW INTERMITTENTLY FAILS. TOYOTA INDICATED THAT THEY HAVE NO RECALLS OR EXTENDED WARRANTIES. INTERNET SEARCHES SHOW THAT MULTIPLE TOYOTA MODELS HAVE THIS AS A COMMON FAILURE. THIS POSES A SIGNIFICANT SAFETY ISSUE AS THE DOOR LOCKS DO NOT RESPOND TO THE ELECTRICAL UNLOCK / LOCK BUTTON AND DO NOT RESPOND TO THE REMOTE. MANUAL UNLOCK …
