TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2008 TOMBERLIN E-40. THE CONTACT STATED THAT WHILE TRAVELING 21 MPH, THE VEHICLE FAILED TO ACCELERATE DESPITE THE ACCELERATOR PEDAL BEING DEPRESSED. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A PRIVATE MECHANIC. THE MECHANIC CONFIRMED THAT THE THROTTLE BOX NEEDED TO BE REPLACED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS CONTACTED. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE UNKNOWN. UPDATED 11/1/12 *CN UPDATED 11/1/2012 *JS THE MECHANIC NOTED THE ACCELERATOR BOX WAS FILLED WITH WATER.
