TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2007 TIFFIN ALLEGRO BAY RV. THE CONTACT STATED WHILE DRIVING DOWNHILL AT APPROXIMATELY 40 MPH, THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO BRAKE BUT TO NO AVAIL. THE BRAKE PEDAL FELL INTO THE FLOORBOARD AND HE HAD TO USE THE EMERGENCY BRAKE TO STOP THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TAKEN TO THE DEALER WHERE THE CONTACT WAS INFORMED THAT THE REAR CALIPERS WOULD NEED TO BE REPLACED. THE REPAIRS WERE MADE TO THE VEHICLE. THE FAILURE AND CURRENT MILEAGES WERE APPROXIMATELY 30,000.

BRAKES OVERHEATED, BURNED OUT ABS SENSORS, LOCKED UP REAR BRAKES. THIS RV HAS BOSCH BRAKES INSTALLED, AND WORKHORSE CHASSIS RV'S HAVE A RECALL FOR MOISTURE GETTING IN THE BRAKE SYSTEM AND HEATING UP AND NOT RELEASING THE BRAKES. FREIGHTLINER OR ANY RV COMPANY WITH BOSCH BRAKES NEEDS TO ISSUE A RECALL BEFORE SOME GETS KILLED OR HURT,[XXX] INFORMATION REDACTED PURSUANT TO THE FREEDOM OF INFORMATION ACT (FOIA), 5 U.S.C. 552(B)(6). *TR
