Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2023-2024 TL80, TL80/112, TL100, and TM vehicles. The jib extension hydraulic cylinder rod may have a weak weld that can fail.
Consequence: A failed weld can result in the cylinder rod separating from the cylinder, increasing the risk of injury.
Remedy: Dealers will replace the jib extension cylinders, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 7, 2024. Owners may contact Terex customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Terex's number for this recall is SN732.

Terex South Dakota, Inc. (Terex) is recalling certain 2025 TL-Series, LT-Series, LTM40, HR40, HR46, and SCM55 areal device vehicles. The control valve may have been assembled with an incorrect plug, causing the hydraulic equipment to overheat.
Consequence: Touching parts of the overheated hydraulic equipment can increase the risk of burn injuries.
Remedy: Dealers will inspect and repair the control valve as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed January 23, 2026. Owners may contact Terex's customer service at 1-605-882-4000. Terex's number for this recall is SN735.
