Owner report 10786204 · 2015-10-26 (October 26, 2015)

I WAS DRIVING DOWN A CITY STREET, GOING ABOUT 35 PROBABLY AND HAD TO MAKE A SUDDEN STOP BECAUSE THE CAR IN FRONT OF ME STOPPED SUDDENLY. I HIT THE BRAKES AND THE FRONT TELESCOPIC FORK (ON MY LEFT SIDE) SNAPPED IN HALF AND I LAID THE BIKE DOWN (ON THE RIGHT SIDE). DID NOT HIT ANY OTHER CARS, JUST HIT MY BRAKES AND IT SNAPPED. LUCKILY I WAS OK. THE ROAD WAS A GOOD ROAD, NO POT HOLES OR OTHER IMPERFECTIONS.

Owner report 10731367 · 2015-06-30 (June 30, 2015)

APPLIED THE FRONT BRAKE AT LOW SPEED (20MPH). SUDDENLY CRASHED WITH NO CONTACT WITH ANYTHING BUT THE ROAD (NO POTHOLES OR OTHER OBJECT, EITHER). BIKE FELL ON THE RIGHT HAND SIDE. AFTER PICKING UP BIKE, DISCOVERED THAT THE LEFT HAND SIDE FRONT FORK WAS COMPLETELY SEVERED.
