I PURCHASED MY BIKE BRAND NEW IN 2006 AND IT HAS WHAT APPEARS TO BE CRACKS/LINES ON THE RIMS. HAVE READ THAT OTHERS HAVE NOTICED THIS TO. NOW WITH ONLY 7000 MILES ON IT I REMOVED THE GAS TANK BECAUSE IT WAS NOT RUNNING CORRECTLY. UPON REMOVING THE FUEL FILTER/PUMP FROM THE GAS TANK I NOTICED PIECES OF PLASTIC DEBRIS EVERYWHERE. IT APPEARS THAT GAS ATE THROUGH THE PLASTIC COATING ON THE WIRES OF THE FUEL FILTER/PUMP. NOW THE BIKE ONLY SPUTTERS WHEN IN GEAR AND WILL NOT DRIVE. NOT SURE WHAT TO DO AND IF THIS IS GOING TO BE A SAFETY PROBLEM. I ASS…
