TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2000 SAFARI ZANZIBAR. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 20 MPH, THE CONTACT DEPRESSED THE BRAKE PEDAL AND THE VEHICLE FAILED TO SLOW DOWN. THE CONTACT SMELLED A BURNING ODOR COMING FROM THE BRAKES AND THE ABS WARNING LIGHT ILLUMINATED ON THE INSTRUMENT PANEL. THE CONTACT PULLED OFF THE ROAD AND OBSERVED EXCESSIVE GREASE ON THE FRONT PASSENGER SIDE RIM. HE ALSO NOTICED LOOSE WIRES UNDERNEATH THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO AN AUTHORIZED DEALER AND THEY STATED THAT THE FAILURE WAS RELATED TO THE FRONT AND REAR CALIPERS,…

TL*THE CONTACT OWNS A 2002 MONACO SAFARI COACH ZANZIBAR. THE CONTACT NOTICED THAT THE REAR DRIVER SIDE OF THE VEHICLE LEANED DOWN THREE INCHES. THE DEALER INSPECTED THE VEHICLE, BUT DID NOT OFFER AN EXPLANATION FOR THE FAILURE. THE MANUFACTURER STATED THAT THE SUSPENSION ON THE VEHICLE WAS INADEQUATE AND THAT NO PARTS WERE AVAILABLE TO PERFORM A REPAIR. AS OF JULY 10, 2007, THE SUSPENSION HAS NOT BEEN REPAIRED.
