Reported: 2022-05-13 (May 13, 2022) · Model years: 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020

Kuntry Kustom RV, LLC (Kuntry) is recalling certain 2017-2020 Rich Specialty Trailers Sanitation, Movie, Office, and Bunk House trailers, equipped with Winntec model 6020 two-stage propane regulators. The regulators may fail, causing an increase in propane pressure.

Consequence: Increased propane pressure can enlarge the flames in gas appliances, increasing the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will replace the regulator, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed June 7, 2022. Owners may contact Kuntry customer service at 1-260-593-2208.

Reported: 2024-11-29 (November 29, 2024) · Model years: 2023, 2024

Kuntry Kustom RV, LLC (Kuntry Kustom) is recalling certain 2023-2024 Rich Specialty Sanitation and Office trailers, equipped with certain GE air conditioners. The air conditioner soft start device may fail and overheat.

Consequence: An air conditioner soft start device that overheats increases the risk of a fire.

Remedy: Dealers will remove the soft start, free of charge. As an interim measure, owners should have the ICM870-16A-BH5400 soft start removed from their air conditioner. Owner notification letters were mailed June 23, 2025. Owners may contact Kuntry Kustom customer service at 1-260-593-2208.
