TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2019 POLARIS RANGER 900 (NA). WHILE DRIVING AT AN UNKNOWN SPEED, AN EXPLOSION WAS HEARD WITHOUT WARNING OR AN IMPACT. THE CONTACT CALLED LOVE MOTORSPORTS AT [phone removed] (LOCATED AT 2081 S SUNCOAST BLVD, HOMOSASSA, FL 34448) AND WAS INFORMED TO BRING THE VEHICLE TO THEIR SHOP. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE SAME DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE TRANSMISSION BLEW UP. THE TECHNICIAN WAS UNABLE TO EXPLAIN WHAT CAUSED THE FAILURE. The contact owns 2019 Polaris Ranger XP1000. The contact stated that the brake light switch failed to start the vehicle and activate the brake pedal. The contact used an excessive amount of force and attempts to depress the brake pedal and start the vehicle. The failure became more persistent and the number of attempts to start the vehicle had increased. The vehicle had not been taken to the dealer. The vehicle had not been diagnosed or repaired.
