While driving on the expressway the steering wheel moves slightly and feels like it is slipping. With both hands on the wheel it feels like it gives and has some play in the wheel. Happens when Driving a steady pace and all of a sudden there is movement in the wheel. Coincidentally there is a shudder in the front end around the same time, almost feels like something is slipping or about to give out.

While cruise control is on (not adaptive cruise), the slightest turn in the steering wheel causes the vehicle to slow down. Vehicle slows on a small curve up to 5mph, since the brake isn’t being applied anyone approaching from behind may not adjust quickly.

Owner report 11484915 · 2022-09-16 (September 16, 2022)
the pre collision system light kept turning on and off. Also alerting of a malfunction that the system was not working. this happened around sep 7 2022. I took the car to a nissan dealership on sep 16 2022 and inspected. they found out that there was a problem with the system and according to them it was fix. I just want to bring this to your attention because doing some research some nissan owners are having the same problem. In addition, I found out that none of the extended warranties dont cover any electrical system.

Owner report 11486025 · 2022-09-23 (September 23, 2022)
Case of "parasitic draw" on the battery? (I see that NHTSA issued NTB21-053B.) Car was purchased new from Nissan dealership in Springfield, Virginia, March 3, 2022. On Tuesday, Sept. 13, roughly 5:00 p.m., I parked in my driveway as usual. The vehicle had approximately 8,980 miles. I did not move the car all day Wednesday, Sept. 14. On Thursday, Sept. 15, around 11:00 a.m., when I attempted to open the car door, the battery was COMPLETELY drained. I had to use the physical key to open the door. I know for certain that the lights, incl…

Owner report 11487540 · 2022-10-02 (October 2, 2022)
While driving the car this morning at about 30 mph, and with no obstructions around, there was a sudden red flasher on the dashboard (a red long bar with a hazard triangle in the middle, three flashes) and I could feel ABS with the car applying emergency brakes automatically. My wife had told me that she also encountered the same problem about two months ago. At that time, we thought it could have been a one off. I bought this vehicle in April 2022. It has done only 1,800 miles. Today's incident was after the 6-monthly (first) service that w…

The contact owns a 2022 Nissan Sentra. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the traction control, ABS, ESP Fault, and Master Brake System warning lights illuminated. The contact then stated that several other warning lights on the instrument panel started to malfunction. The vehicle was taken to the dealer where it was determined that the sensor had detached from the module and that the failure was possibly caused by rodents chewing through the wiring or when the vehicle had driven over a pothole causing the wiring har…

Owner report 11471583 · 2022-06-29 (June 29, 2022)
My car continuously feels like it's going to stall out and actually has just sitting at a red light. With no warning the car just stalled on me. The throttle body has been replaced already, they reset my RPMs a different time, and just replaced the entire transmission. It's a brand new 2022 Sentra and only had 14 miles on it when I bought it in March. I should not have had the transmission replaced already on a brand new car. Even with the transmission being replaced the car is still wanting to stall out. This makes for very unsafe driving and …

Owner report 11475045 · 2022-07-21 (July 21, 2022)
At 505 miles vehicle center radio/control display failed to work also suspending the use for sensors for crash prevention. Vehicle has less than 2500 miles on it and doesn’t want to accelerate. When driving and attempting to make turns the vehicle fails to go forward with pressing the gas pedal to the ground. Vehicle continues to feel like it is going to stall, shutters at various times and is unstable when driving as the vehicle does what it wants when it wants, driver is not in control. I do not feel safe driving this vehicle.
