TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN NV200. WHEN THE VEHICLE WAS PARKED AND THE CONTACT ATTEMPTED TO TURN THE STEERING WHEEL LEFT OR RIGHT, A THUMPING NOISE WAS HEARD FROM THE FRONT OF THE VEHICLE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED NOR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT NOTIFIED OF THE FAILURE. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT REPAIRED. THE APPROXIMATE FAILURE MILEAGE WAS 21,200.

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN NV200. WHILE DRIVING APPROXIMATELY 70 MPH WITH THE CRUISE CONTROL ACTIVATED, THERE WAS A SUDDEN LOSS OF POWER STEERING, THE STEERING WHEEL WAS LOOSELY DETACHED WITHOUT WARNING AND THE VEHICLE VEERED TO THE RIGHT. THE CONTACT WAS NOT ABLE TO STRAIGHTEN THE STEERING WHEEL AND CRASHED INTO A DITCH AND A FIELD. THERE WERE NO INJURIES AND A POLICE REPORT WAS NOT FILED. THE FAILURE DAMAGED THE UNDERCARRIAGE OF THE VEHICLE AND THE LICENSE PLATE. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO A DEALER AND THE STEERING COLUMN WAS RE-ATTACHE…

TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN NV200. WHILE DRIVING AT ANY SPEED, THE ENGINE FAILED WITHOUT WARNING AND THE VEHICLE WAS PULLED OVER TO THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. THE VEHICLE WAS TOWED TO THE DEALER WHERE IT WAS DIAGNOSED THAT THE FUEL PUMP FUSE WAS BLOWN. THE FUSE WAS REPLACED; HOWEVER, THE ISSUE RECURRED NUMEROUS TIMES. THE VEHICLE WAS DIAGNOSED AS "GROUND VOLTAGE DROPS ON GROUND CIRCUIT TO PUMP TOO HIGH, NEEDS NEGATIVE BATTERY GROUND, MAY ALSO NEED BODY HARNESS REPLACED DUE TO HIGH RESISTANCE IN GROUND CIRCUIT".
