I HAVE A 2013 370Z WITH A MANUAL TRANSMISSION. ON 4-9-2014 I WAS TRAVELING 45 MPH ON EXPRESSWAY. I BEGAN SLOWING FOR LIGHT AND DOWNSHIFTING FROM 6TH GEAR TO 5TH AND 4TH. WHEN I SHIFTED INTO 4TH GEAR THE CLUTCH PEDAL DID NOT RETURN TO IT'S NORMAL POSITION AND STAYED ABOUT 1/2 WAY DOWN TOWARDS THE FLOOR OF THE VEHICLE. I THEN SHIFTED INTO 3RD GEAR AND THE CLUTCH PEDAL WENT COMPLETELY TO THE FLOOR AND REMAINED FULLY DEPRESSED AND DID NOT RETURN TO IT'S UPRIGHT POSITION. I HAD NO CLUTCH FUNCTION AT THIS POINT. LAST SATURDAY, TOOK THE COVER OFF AND WAS GOING TO THE CAR WASH TO SHINE HER UP REAL GOOD. ON THE WAY AFTER STOPPING AT A LIGHT I PULLED OFF THEN WENT TO 2ND GEAR, THEN TO THIRD AND THAT WHEN IT HAPPENED. THE CLUTCH WENT TO THE FLOOR AND DID NOT COME BACK UP. I'M GOING DOWN THE STREET NOT KNOWING WHAT TO DO NEXT BECAUSE THERE IS A STOP SIGN BUT I'M AFRAID TO STOP BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW WHAT WILL HAPPEN, A VERY DANGEROUS SITUATION. TL* THE CONTACT OWNS A 2013 NISSAN 370Z. THE CONTACT EXPERIENCED ISSUES STARTING THE VEHICLE WHILE DEPRESSING THE ENGINE START BUTTON. A WARNING INDICATOR ILLUMINATED ON THE KEY, WHICH MEANT AN INTELLIGENT KEY SYSTEM OR ELECTRICAL STEERING LOCK SYSTEM MALFUNCTION PER THE OWNER'S MANUAL. THE FAILURE OCCURRED ON MORE THAN ONE OCCASION. THE VEHICLE WAS NOT DIAGNOSED OR REPAIRED. THE MANUFACTURER WAS NOT MADE AWARE OF THE ISSUE. THE FAILURE MILEAGE AND VIN WERE UNKNOWN. *TR
